Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all CELIA B tags still attached to ensure the garment remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
